Description
Export Entities
Click to export a selected item and convert it into an image
file.
Add files to Gallery
Click to add a selected item or the entire page to the Gallery.
Extending a Page and Panning
Clicking on the Extend button at the bottom of the page lengthens the page and moves
the contents up off the screen.
Clicking on the Extend button on the right side of the page increases the width of the page
and moves the contents off the screen to the left.
Use the scroll bars to move the screen right or left, up or down.
Layers
By default, all items are organized in a single layer.
The Layers Toolbar is at the bottom left corner of the page.
Layers can be added, removed, and renamed.
To add a layer, click on the Add Layer button on the toolbar.
The Layers Toolbar has additional options such as moving
layers up/down, selecting layers, showing/hiding layers, editing layers,
and deleting layers.
File Management Tools
Workspace Menu
Click on Workspace Menu to access files, edit, print, change preferences, etc.
To Save a File:
o Click on Menu > File > Save As.
o Enter a file name.
o Click Ok.
To Open a File:
o Double click on the file.
o Or click on Menu > File > Open.
o Choose the file to be opened and click OK.
To Export a File:
o Click on Menu > File > Export.
o If the file has not been saved, the Save GWB File window
opens. Enter a name for the file and click on Save.
o In the Export Current Pages window, click on the Export As
down arrow and choose the desired format.
o Enter a file name in the Export File Name box.
o In the Export Directory box, notice the location where the file is being exported.
o In the Range box, determine what is to be exported.
o Click on Export.
